Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu:
Check in to your Hotel (Yak and Yeti) right in the centre of the town, just off Thamel. It’s easy to get all the important sights in Kathmandu valley. CH

Day 02: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu.
Today there is a half-day guided sightseeing tour visiting the temples of Bodnath and Pashupatinath. Bodnath is one of the largest Buddhist Stupas in the world and home to a large Tibetan population, whilst Pashupatinath is the most important Hindu temple in the country. The tour will end at lunchtime and there will be time in the afternoon for individual exploration of the Durbar Square area of Kathmandu or Swayambunath, the Monkey Temple, with it's all seeing eyes of Buddha overlooking the whole valley. Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Chautara (1418m).
We drive eastwards on Arniko highway, the only high way linked to Tibet over Dhulikhel to Dolalghat. Just after Dolalghat we leave the main road and follow the road through terraces to Chautara, administrative centre of Sindhupalchok district. It takes about 5 hrs. FC,

Day 04: Trek from Chautara to Phurse (2218m),
We have to pass through many villages, farming terraces, some fabulous mountains view of Gaurishankar, Dorje lakpa. Phurse is a pasture land where different village people bring their domestic animals for the purpose of grazing. It is a small village mainly inhabited by Tamang People, one of the main ethnic group in this region - it takes approximately 5-6 hrs walking. FC,

Day 05: Trek to Kami Kharka (2985m),
Leaving Phurse today we mostly ascend through jungle to Kami Kharka. On the way, we walk through the forest of Oak, Pine, Rhododendron and other natural vegetation. We have to walk mostly up hills untill Kami Kharka today. We can also see beautiful views of Gaurishankar, Dorje lakpa, Jungal Himal range. It takes approximately 6 hrs. FC,

Day 06: Trek to Pauwa Bas (3000m),
We can see forest covered with Rhododendron, Oak, Pine, Juniper and other natural vegetation. Pauwa Bas is the place for shelter of local pilgrims. It can be interesting for westerner visitor’s to see local devotees walking to the temple with their minimum gear. They don’t need to carry that much for few days. They cook themselves and stay overnight at natural shelter. It takes about 6 hrs. FC,

Day 07: Trek to Hille Bhanjyang (3720m),
The way to Hille Bhanjyang goes up hill passing through forest having different plant species like Bamboo, Pine, Oak, Rhododendron (National flower of Nepal) and other alpine vegetation. From Hille Bhanjyang we can have fascinating view of Waterfall, Rivers and village in a far distance. We do approximately 6hrs. FC,

Day 08: Trek to Nosyampati (3631m),
We have to walk down through forest first and then uphill until we reach Nosyampati. On the way you can see the forests with views of Jugal Himal Range, Gaurishankhar Himal, Mountain deer and Danfe (National bird of Nepal). It takes only 4 hrs today. FC,

Day 09: Trek to Panch pokhari (4010m),
The route goes passes through Lauribinayak to Panch Pokhari. You are surprise to see alpine vegetation, Rocky Mountains and wildlife. Panch Pokhari means five lakes in Nepali. In the month of August one of the important festival in Nepal held in this place called Janai Purnima. During this festival many Hindu pilgrims from all over Nepal and India gather here to nullify their sins. Panch Pokhari offers excellent view of Jungal Himal Range, Rolwaling range and Gosaikunda etc. It takes approximately 4 hrs today. FC,

Day 10: Trek back to Nosyampati,
Leaving Panch Pokhari we retrace to Nosyampati for the night. Coming back down from Panch pokhari, we still can enjoy through forest with great views of the mountain. It takes about 4 hrs. FC,

Day 11: Trek to Dhukhang (2100m),
The trail goes down Passes through forest having different types of plants species like Bamboo, Pine, Oak, Juniper etc. Before we reach Dhukhang we come across Chortens and we can see prayer flags fluttering in the breeze. Dhukhang is a small village mainly having two different ethics groups of Tamang and Sherpa. They’re the followers of Buddhism. It takes approximately 6hrs. FC,

Day 12: Trek to Dhap village (1600m),
After crossing Dhukhang our destination today is to reach Dhap village. You have to walk along with Indrawati River with fascinating views of farming terraces, human settlements, green hills and happening different activities of the people in the low hills. It takes Approximately 6hrs. FC,

Day 13: Trek to Melamchi Bazaar (870m),
We continue along with Indrawati River passing through different villages, hydro electricity project, farming terraces. On the way we pass through Tipani to reach Melamchi Bazaar. It takes approximately 6hrs. FC,

Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu.
It’s about 3 hours drive back to Kathmandu. CH,
